DIRECTIONS FOR USE Simply place your steamer at the back of your shower tray away from direct water flow. As the steamer dissolves the therapeutic essential oils will be released into the air. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION You can choose between a cardboard canister which contains 10 steamers or a travel size resealable pouch containing 5 steamers, each steamer weighs approximately 25g and as long as you don't place it in the direct flow of water, should last for approximately 10 minutes. You can control how fast the steamer dissolves by moving it closer to or further away from the direct flow of water. For longer showers you may need to use two streamers. The steamers perform best in a hot shower with lots of steam.
