A small black casserole dish with handles on the sides and a lid with a matching handle. Hand made from terracotta and high baked the traditional way underground to give it the black colour, then rubbed with a semi-precious stone to add shine. Safe for use on top of the hob, this dish can go straight from hob to oven to table, making it the perfect pot! It comes with care instructions and is perfect for serving up your home cooked creations to your loved ones.

Care: Proof before first use by filling 3/4 full and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees or gas mark 6. Wooden cooking utensils are reccomended rather than metal ones. They can be cleaned with a sponge and washing up liquid or in a dishwasher. Make sure it's thoroughly dry before putting away or it could go moldy. You could pop it in the oven for 10 minutes just to make sure.
