I painted this from a photography I took on a February Saturday morning as three swimmers took to the sea near the pier for a swim to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Research. All sales from this print will go towards their charity appeal. All of my paintings are created in watercolour and ink in a sketchbook, in which I paint, draw and write every day. My style is really informed by my years of being a calligrapher. I’m really inspired by Grimsby and Cleethorpes, and wider Lincolnshire.
