Spelt is an ancient cousin of wheat. It gives slightly less of a rise than wheat, but has a great flavour, giving a slight ‘nutty’ aroma to baked goods. It’s great for baking bread, as well as cakes and biscuits.
Our current spelt is grown in Driffield.
Available as 1.5kg and 3kg bags.
Due to the current COVID-19 situation we will be limiting our customer orders to 6kg total with a maximum of 3kg of any individual flour.
Orders placed on Monday available for collection on Wednesday.
